Web form. Recipients are not added from purchased lists, verbal consent, paper forms, keyword text, or QR campaigns.

Where consent is collected

  1. Public signup at stratosfin.io/signup. Phone is optional. If a number is entered, the SMS consent box (unchecked by default) must be ticked before the account is created.
  2. Portal settings → Add SMS. The user types the number, ticks the consent box, then taps Send code. A one-time code confirms the number before SMS 2FA is enabled.

This is the consent the user sees, with the legal name, fee disclosure, frequency, HELP, STOP, and links to the Mobile Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, before the box is ticked.
